What kind of event will they have? I'm assuming is an open house for people that can rent at market price. I really hope the building will be completed by October. How do you know? They are already posting the apartments for rental. In fact there's one website that says there is 7 active rental. If any one has more info please let
Me know I will do the same! Good luck

Hey Claribel, question. How would one know if they are CB preference? Would it say it on the letter/email that was sent?

When you search fifth and wythe on the website it gives an option to leave your contact info and someone will contact you. That is how I know there is an event coming up this month. Also, if you check the address of the building it will show the apartments up for rent. No photos have been posted but photos of "floor plans" have. Not sure if you saw my previous msg, how would one know if they are cb preference? Hope to hear from you. Wishing everyone the best of luck!

Usually CB preference is if u live in the area, community worker or have hearing disability. I knew because when I was approve by management they told me I qualifiy for 1 bedroom CB. From there on, everything says my log # and CB. What process are you exactly right now? Have you gone to a second interview?

Hey Claribel, strange because I live just a few blocks away and was never mentioned CB preference. I'm wondering if I should call and follow up with that. Also, I went in last month to sign some extra forms. I know that the city has my file, just waiting at this point. Have you heard anything as of yet?

Community Board Preference is given to applicants who live within the community board where the building is located.

I hope so and Yes I saw it over the weekend. For the last month or so they've been working on the lobby floor which still doesn't look complete. Hopefully by the end of this month it should be completed. I am hoping that we all get approved. It has been stressful to say the least. The not knowing part is killer. Btw, which management is handling your file?
