I applied as well and got a low 300's number, by far my lowest log number so far. Hope I get this one!
It is such a nice area. I rode by there during the 5 Borough Bike Tour about three weeks ago and it is sooo nice. You are almost thisclose to the water. There are nice shops in the neighborhood. You can tell it is a little prissy/pricey/too cool/a bunch of other adjectives synonymous with exclusive. Let me know if you are called. I have a log number in the 1000s and a community preference. I would love to hear if they've started calling people.

It's funny I just rode my bike by the building a few days ago. There's a nice bike lane right there on Kent street. You will probably get called first as I don't have any preferences. I'm glad cause it gives me a little time to get all my documents together.😛
