Millennials work 23 hours per day so they have no time to cook much less time to learn cooking skills. Even coffee making eludes them, hence $4 coffee at Starbucks.
(Some of the more daring millennials have mastered the microwave.)

millennials is a wide age range. If you are in college to young professional then you are eating outside more often while enjoying being young and single in the city, while someone in their late 20's to early 30's is more often settled down with a significant other and cooking at home.

Nothing, you can make good food in a crockpot. But in terms of cooking skills, it is one step up from instant noodles.

I'm on the older end of "millenials", but yes I cook dinner pretty much every night, and usually take lunch to work. The wife and I will go out to dinner every week or two.
