De Blasio would have to be not just arrested, but convicted in a court of law to be made to resign. Not even an arrest has occurred.

Well he's already a POS of a Mayor, building a case against him or not. This dude needs to be a 1 term Mayor. We need a republican back at the helm to lead this city. Democrats can't cut it.
