A 37-year-old man with a record of mixing a fatal drug dose with Grindr was busted for selling methamphetamines, GHB and steroids from his home, officials said Wednesday.

Cops arrested Sze Yan and two other men on Jan. 12 after police raided Yan’s luxury apartment at 300 Ashland Pl. in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

Raiding the studio at 4:15 p.m., cops found the drugs, as well as a scale and packaging materials used for distribution, according to court papers.

He and the two men were charged with multiple drug possession counts. Yan was ordered held on $3,000 bail at his arraignment, officials said.

One of the two men with Yan was the alleged drug dealer’s current boyfriend, according to a source.

Last May, Yan was hit with drug possession charges after 31-year-old Daniel Volpe, a man Yan met via gay hook-up app Grindr, overdosed on liquid GHB.

After meeting on the site, Volpe and Yan partied at Yan’s apartment on May 8, officials said. Both men took GHB, or gamma hydroxybutyrate, along with Viagra, according to police sources.

Volpe started feeling ill, took a shower, got out, sat in a chair and collapsed in convulsions on the living room floor, sources said.

Yan called 911 just before 1 a.m. on May 9. Volpe was rushed to Maimonides Medical Center but could not be saved, police said.

“Of course, this is a terrible tragedy,” Yan told the Daily News at the time. “But I don’t think I should comment because it’s an ongoing case and I’m not sure what’s going to happen.”

Cops found GHB in a plastic container on a table in the apartment, according to the criminal complaint against Yan.

He was arraigned on misdemeanor drug possession charges and released without bail.

The current status of the case was not immediately disclosed.

Known as a club and date rape drug, GHB is a central nervous system depressant that recreational users say can enhance libido and create feelings of euphoria.

Nope, people who sent in documents will probably all have to resubmit paperwork.

I resubmitted my 2016 W2, as well as pay stubs. I called to follow up and the lady mentioned something about my name being on the list for a credit check but I never gave them a money order for the credit check..

I've never seen a lottery take this long to review financial documents. Most take at most 2 weeks to a month.

It's either you fit in the income brackets or you don't. I don't see whats taking so long it's only the first step.

i just spoke with somebody, and they stated "credit and background checks are are done first. then if you pass both, they will call you for interview." they are doing this in order of your log number. so the waiting game is now at it's finest.
