What do you think it means? Put some thought into it. Its a crappy area otherwise. Little Italy, baseball, the garden and the zoo are the only reasons for most people from outside the area to come there to spend money. Besides that, why make the trip?

If you count a few pizzerias and Italian restaurants legit. It's a shell of it's former self.
