Hey, i am looking for someone in New York or New Jersey who had experience with living in vacant properties almost free of charge, or who lived for free in someone's house when the owner is on a long vacation or in their summer house that they don't use.

People in NYC can easily sublet for a nice chunk of money, and someone who is paying is a lot more likely to be a responsible person than someone there for free.
