a car lost control and ended up in the chase bank lobby in the bay terrace shopping center .

we just happened to make a pit stop there and had our cameras and gear for macro photography so we were only able to get close up shots

Looks like the ESU cops removed the car instead of a commercial tow. Was that because it's a bank or is that standard procedure?
