Can someone point me to any facts or specifics as to how many trans people were actually affected by not having a bathroom specified to them? Was it more than 10?
This was yet another issue that really wasn't a big issue but politicians blew it out of proportion to get themselves air time to make it seem like they are "getting things done" without actually doing anything of substance that would benefit the masses of citizens.

Agree 100% -- it's a great diversion tactic. As long as you're thinking about this BS, you won't be thinking about issues that are far more consequential such as why NYC has such insane taxes but such low QoL and poor public services.
