Happy to say Everything went well. the building is very nice . I got my keys right after signing and i will be moving in on Thursday. the studio is super cute. tho its only 473 sq ft. i can work with it till a 1 bdrm becomes available. good luck to those waiting for the call . Keep the faith

Hi Lynlively . I'm on the 2nd floor, but I did not get an apt with a view. Thats okay , I'm just glad to have moved to a brand new apt. And I love the kitchen.
I was able to sign my lease today. I fell in love as soon as I walked in! The building is absolutely gorgeous. My unit is on the 4th floor and I was able to run into one of my neighbors while I was signing my lease today. He was very nice! I was also able to obtain my keys and fob for the doors. Jenny states we can start moving in small applicances now and large pieces on Saturday I'll be fully moved in by Saturday! Btw the super was very nice and informative!

For those of you who moved in during the middle of the month, what did that mean in terms of your rent payment? Did you pay only a half month's worth of rent?

Hi Littleflower57, The only thing I was told was that the rent is due every 1st of the month, I moved in the middle of November and already had to make a full payment of my rent amount.
