I have a feeling I wouldn't make it at 7:30 and used Google Maps, but figured I would ask here. This would be on a Sunday and would have to be this route... Ideally by using the subway and PATH...

Canal and Forsyth, departing at 4:30PM----> from there go to Forest Hills at 71st and stay for 30 minutes------->from there had to Jersey City right next PATH at Exchange Place and stay for 30 minutes------->arrive at Jackon Square Park by 7:30PM

It always helps to set your alarm to 5:30 or 3:00am and tackle what would be perceived a hard commute.

If you wake up early and start your commute at 3:00am, I personally guarantee that you'll arrive on time

What does this have to do with OP? I'm assuming he has an event or appointment that ends at 4:30pm, so leaving early would be out of the question. Unless I'm wrong.

Trains are often delayed on a Sunday because of weekend work. Also, the PATH doesn't run so frequently on the wknd either. Have you used the MTA calculator on the website?
