But it's really only the cops who are likely to shoot you.

Yeah the facts bear that out. Lol

Thankfully we're in a social period where facts and truth don't matter.

Heller specifically addressed the home and liberal cities still give it their best attempts to ignore it, but in the end, if you apply, you will be approved for fear of them losing their Unconstitutional system for real.
Nope I know two people with clear records that was denied for a carry permit.

It's a good thing he was referring to a comment about a premise permit, not a concealed carry.

And he's right, as Long as you have clean background and provide all the paperwork and fees, I've never seen anyone denied a premise in NYC...

It's just a ridiculous process and they keep it ridiculous to discourage people from applying..

We also have really stupid laws about weapons your allowed to own and their features.

I wasn't talking about carry permits. Almost no one gets a carry permit.

Weird right? It was clear as day. I ever quoted the comment specific to residence permits.

what quantifies ones home if you live in a co-op building and are an owner?

can you legally protect the lobby of your building (that you own shares of as a co-op owner) with just your premise permit?

I'm in Asheville NC and currently armed with a Glock 17 with a spare 17 round magazine. I have a Glock 19 and a couple of 38s as well. With all of these savages shooting Police Officers, it just makes sense to be well armed. When I moved here from NYC it was harder to get my drivers license than it was to get my CCP.

Plus you know the 17 round magazine is not allowed in NYC. Another ridiculous law to make some people feel better as only law abiding citizens have to apply it
