Cmon, i know im not the only one noticing this done by a particular person. Seriously whats the point if no one has responded in 1 or 1.5yrs. Why do you do it, . Did you forget one of your other fake names on this previous topics? Are you that bored?

If the majority of people on here dont care then mods delete this thread, or let it be so that in a year from now it can be bumped up lol.

I don't respond to ancient threads but if someone else "renews" it I only see the recent post and may respond to it.


The exception might be some extremely important new news. For example, if there is a long ancient thread about an affordable rental unit and the developer is indicted for fraud, or the building collapses, then perhaps I might pick up the thread again.


But in general I agree, I would not be upset if the moderators CLOSED threads without a response in 12 or 24 months.
