Thought the whole concept was stupid from get-go.

Know plenty of gay men, many of them both professionally and personally travel extensively all over the world. They stay at four star hotels/resorts and or whatever their expense or bank accounts will allow. None of them expressed any interest in staying at a "gay hotel".

You ain't never in your life going to get Corey Booker to admit to *that*. Tyler Perry will do so first.

Gay Resorts are popular in warm climates- they feature pools and bars and stay busy.

Out wasn't an awful idea, but XL (the club) never drew a crowd from after the first week.
Who wants to stay there when on a Tuesday or Friday night you have to go elsewhere to go 'Out'.
