we added derrick rose, joakim noah, porzingis entering his sophomore season, and melo.. added jeff hornacek as coach who runs his players.

what do you expect for the 2016-2017 season. i was talking to some bulls fans, they feel they got "raped" getting rolo and calderon in exchange.

here's a video of porzingis earlier talking about the future.

Looks good on paper, but we'll see how injury bug plays out during the year. KNICKS fans should be excited for a change. I'm guessing they are a 3/4 seed in the east right now.

D-rose has a gangbang rape trial that begins in October unless he gives the victim some hush hush money...

If Noah and D-Rose stay healthy and click with Melo then the knicks might make it to the 1st round of the playoffs. They will lose to Lebron and the Cavs..

Derrick Rose is low risk possibly high reward. I think they will be much better and will make the playoffs. Too much turnover these last few years though so can't expect the moon. New coach, new point guards, the bench is almost completely new. Best case they take to Hornacek and everyone stays healthy they win around 50-52 games.

yeah there seems to be a pattern.

i looked at the roster and it looks pretty stacked actually, and the knicks also got courtney lee starting at SG but i think it really comes down to injuries as some of you suggested.

knicks bench is brandon jennings, guillermo hernangomez, justin holiday, lance thomas, sasha vujacic. kyle o'quinn, maurice ndour and mindaugas kuzminskas. has anyone seen this guy? he reminds me of a poor man's tom chambers.

The Knicks are the Chicago Cubs of the NBA. Rabid, passionate fanbase but not much results.

I feel NYC wants to BADLY be a basketball town but, unfortunately, the story of the Knicks the past two decades point right to management (trading away draft picks, trading for and signing washed-up players, etc.). A little more pressure now that their little brother (Nets) have moved into town.

It's ridiculous that Cleveland, OH has an NBA title and we don't.

Stopped being a Knicks fan soon after Thomas started making horrible decisions.

I hope Lin abuses the NYK every chance he gets on the court...
