For over 16 years of working in Manhattan, I have seen this woman go on and on everyday on my train ride to work with her FAKE story as she scams NYC subway riders. One day, I see her getting in a BMW at the Target in Jersey City, NJ. Clearly, she isn't as homeless and broke as she makes everyone thinks she is.

Anyone else see her?

In 2000, she use to say: My name is Carlene and I have a part time job, but it is NOT enough to raise my 2 kids.

Now in 2016: I am a victim of domestic abuse. Please give me what little money you can.

I always knew she was a scammer. I never gave her money and I never will after seeing her get into her BMW in Jersey City, NJ outside of Target.

I've never seen her before, what line? The subway is full of scammers and schmucks, that's why I've never given people money there before. Seems like everyone has a gofundmepage now.

I'm more willing to give people money they are honest. If someone said "I need money for weed or beer" I'd be more likely to donate a $1 to that person. Half of these "scammers" on the subway have on better clothes & better shoes than I do!

Seen her numerous times. Mentions how she was beaten and sustained serious injuries. Not a joke to make things like that up. There was a post about here on the NYC forum here showing a video with an argument between her and a subway passenger. Shes nuts and a con artist. Plain and simple.

I've seen her in trains for years. I genuinely thought she was batsh*t crazy but I was suspicious on the battered woman stuff. I just saw her so many times and there'd be inconsistencies in her story. I never gave her money though because I don't like giving money to panhandlers. Its disgusting she's saying she's a battered woman to scheme when countless women really are suffering domestic abuse.

She's one heck of an actress. Too bad she uses her talent to scheme people. Did you take video of her being normal and in BMW? You should take vid and report anonymously to nypd, maybe you'll get some reward money...

There are also those women who have a baby with them on the street. Supposedly a scam too; the babies are drugged and are never seen awake. I've seen 2 of them in Flushing just this past week, one of the on a cell phone while sitting on the floor. Later, she met up with the other person doing the same thing.

I've also seen that woman a number of times. She's not the only one with inconsistent stories. I never give to any of them. Instead I donate to charities intended to help the homeless and other unfortunate groups.

There's one unfortunate white kid that has been trying to buy a bus ticket back to his hometown for like the past 3 years. Bus tickets sure are expensive these days.

I didn't take a picture of her or record a video because I was shopping at Target and never expected in my wildest dreams to bump into her in the Target parking lot. She didn't recongnize me cause she sees so many people everyday.

Even though I knew she was a scammer, I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was truly being genuine and couldn't make ends meet with her part time job and 2 kids to feed. She took me by surprise and threw me off even more when I saw her get into a BMW...probably with her husband.

I yelled something off in the distance to let her know she's a scammer and she turned her head. At that point, I was already walking away and my back was to her so she couldn't tell who said it as there was numerous people walking in the parking lot at that point.

It's been 16 years since I first saw her so obviously her kids must be in there late teens or early 20's by now so I'm sure they're eligible to get part time jobs at Starbucks or McDonalds to make ends meet cause after 16 years, she shouldn't have issues financially.

Also, I saw her once on the NJ Path train panhandling and she was eating these seeds that you get a local bodega and spitting them on the train tracks talking to herself how she's upset people on the train don't give her money.

I am sooo over her silly A$$!!!!! Goodbye Felicia!!!!

@BullAndre,

She's on every train line and even starting doing the PATH train to get more participants. I've seen her for over a decade when I first encountered her on the 1, 2, 3, and 9 line. You can tell how long that is when the 9 line doesn't even run anymore.
