Riverton Apartments, what a joke, should be taken over by nycha. Basically the same as the projects across the street, but landlord wants to make it bougie and charge crazy rent.
Even if that were the case (which I doubt), at least it's better than living in a tenement style building like the one that burned down in the Bronx. And probably much better than a 350 sq ft micro studio in some luxury building

Not from what i saw. People were welcoming and very nice. I even sat in the projects across the st and the same. There were nairdwellers walking around in the projects but they didn’t f**k with me
