So the last update for this building is: Ive got an interview scheduled for mid April, as you as well.
Strange, in the email they market all the documents that I need to submit at the day of the interview, and most of the document I have submitted . I guess I'll photo copy them one more time.
Yes it does seem odd, but what ever it takes. I will update on how the interview went along, its on the 4th, wish me luck!

Good luck ladies! When I had my interview I also had to bring in the documents with me but they want most up to date info. So have all your current pay stubs, bank statements and lease for your current place as well. My interviewer was very nice. She's always available to answer my questions. She lets me fax stuff to make the process faster. I'm so eager for them to run my credit so I can move on to the next step.

I also am eligible for a 1bd/2bd for 52nd. for 28, i was over income, so I lost out on that one. My son is only 1, so i will probably get a 1bd.

I am a single mom of teenage twins, a boy and a Girl. I try to go for a two bedroom or higher. It's Hard to find a three bedroom for the lotteries within income range and CB. I also had an interview about a month ago for the W. 38th St. Lottery, they were very nice and they told me it takes about 3 to 4 months to finish everything for that building. Hopefully something comes through for all of us!

Thats great! I also interviewed with west 38, back in January. I am still waiting to hear from them as well. So whichever comes first I will take. Hopefully we will be neighbors.

Has anyone ever seen a figure for how many people have gotten into 80/20 affordables since the program began? How many apartments, that is.
