Now, across all corners of the city, these complex plans are seeking to recreate the paradigm of master plans and are incorporating residential living to increase the levels of 24-hour vibrancy urbanites covet. One of the largest plans underway is Brookfield Properties' Manhattan West, which is located on Midtown's far west side and whose superblock site is bounded by Ninth and Tenth avenues between West 31st and 33rd streets.
