The guys a moron. Why would he keep swindling as much money as he can out of student loans? After he got a masters degree it was time to get a JOB?
Some people do use school as a way to hide out from the job market, but you can't hide forever. This man took things way too far, and likely cannot pay what he is ordered to pay back, as with this conviction he is not getting a job.

What exactly was he doing professionally?? 48 years old with 3 MBAs...
Also, i highly doubt this dude is going to repay $1,170,694... He should put his 1 H.S, 1 Undergraduate and 3 MBA diplomas on EBAY since they are going to be worth doodoo after his prison stint.
