I'll try to make it so.
I did an inspection for a realty company on an apartment where the windows repeatedly failed. Not because of urban dirt, but because there was leaded paint on the window. This, um, hipster shows up on a Japanese motorcycle. He's actually
annoyed. I catch him outside and tell him; look, there's a real hazard here. You need to either remove the lead paint or replace the window. That didn't go over well. Might have cost money, I guess.
The NYC environment is full of lead. I'd often find it on foyer and kitchen floors, as well as in window wells. No lead in the apartment, it's urban dirt.
