I was just thinking about this, with the media revealing so much about these Russian hackers.. can Russian Hackers change people's log numbers of housing lotteries to benefit my geopolitical position On the waiting list? If so how much do you think the Russians would charge for this service?

LMFAO. yes, they certainly can. Has anyone applied to any of the affordable housing lotteries in Brighton Beach? I think I did once, but i didn't even GET a log number! I think it literally just disappeared. I am not even joking hahahahah truth really IS stranger than fiction
