It's all fun and games until my train is delayed because the MTA has to scrape their body off the tracks... smh
If they're looking for a thrill, they should go skydiving. Best experience of my life!!! And it was legal!!!

I don't think it's that common. I've seen kids walking along the elevated tracks in Brooklyn before though.
