Ok was just wondering cause last week they out these paper blinds and they called me yesterday to come put them in and they did just wish I knew they was because I had went and bought some lmao |

For some reason, there are times when I the apt gets chilly at night. Has anyone else experienced this? Is the hear controlled through the building because I didn't see a thermostat.

The "thermostat"knob is located by the vent.Its has a 1-5 dial 5 is the highest. I have 2 knobs 1 in the living room & the other in the bedroom.
@yashira24 they gave me a hard time also at 1st with the meter #.But I contacted management & super and was told to call back & just give the apt #.I did that again,told them what management/super said & they opened my acct.Tell them it's a new building the owner is Gateway Owner/Gateway Elton & give them both zips to check that's what I did & the woman told the zip comes up as 11207.
Did anyone get their leases yet?
