Hey sry I'm late but I called them yesterday and the lady who answered explained to me that those who qualify will hear back mid April/ early May. The worst part is they will not be notified if you're not qualified.
I asked her why aren't you notifying everyone if they are approved or not? She stated she doesn't know. Smh. So I guess you'll have to keep calling if u don't receive any responses/ rejection letter.
Btw I visited one of the building sites and it appears small lol
