I also go to Johnny's Reef. Rarely had any issues there!

You sure it gets completely erased, as in expunged? I don't think so. I think they just seal the arrest, meaning that one can see that you were arrested, but not for what. I could be wrong. Airborne would probably know better.

Penguin's last name is Cobblepot, Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot.
