Agreed. The characters are all coming out now. There will be more incidents sadly as things warm up.

I'd like a politician to say "We will review the surveillance camera's. identify as many people as we can, and bring them to justice for their idiocy. Nope, not in this city. No such thing as personal responsibility here, just play the blame game.
Bill DeBlasio is a chicken****.

All kidding aside, the best thing DeBlasio could do is to put working (obviously at no costs to the residents) AC units in all public housing. right? right? is this how we solve this issue? or is it just a band-aid?! Sometimes band-aids work, sometimes they don't.

Maybe I need to revisit City Island- I have been there and I wasn't too impressed with it.
I've never been to Seafood City but I've heard that it's considered the "McDonalds" of all the restaurants up there. My personal favorite is Sammy's, but who doesn't like Sammy's?

Best time to go to City Island IMO is early on a weekday, when the kids are in school. That's when I try to go.

Well, I don't have a problem with them serving 5 or 10 more "strong" drinks to individuals who then destroy the place but I do have a major problem with them serving 5 or 10 extra drinks to already inebriated individuals who then get into the driver's seat and turn on the ignition. That's what's going on at that place.
So ya, if they won't stop serving to drunk people they should lose their license. Next person one of them kills could be someone in your family.

Restaurants and bars have a "personal responsibility " not to serve more alcohol to drunks just so they can rake in a bigger pile of cash.
