so my log nuber for this lottery is 42,3XX I applyed the same night the lottery opened like seriously 12:01 AM well in 42 XXX I dont think "the sooner U apply the lower log You get" .

BUT even with this nuber I GOT EMAIL TODAY FROM THE OFFICE IN BROOKLYN 45 MAIN STREET "325 KENT AVENUE APTS"

yes yes they picked me !!!!

on the other hand I apply for 1133 Manhattan Ave on the last day of they lottery and my log number ws 12,XXX and I got picked as well. Went thru the process and WE GOT THE APARTMENT !!!!

I absolutely LOVE but still trying my luck here and there.

this is the 4th lottery we got picked

If you live in 1133 Manhattan Ave you have community board 1 preference.

oh really wow ! THANK YOU ! I seriously didnt even knew that. I thought GReenpoint and Williamsburg is something different. I guess I will read about this. But I did not note anything at my application.

Yeah you don't need to write anything. You just need to live in the area and greenpount and Williamsburg are both considered community board 1
