A good argument is a good argument. A CAUSE is an a priori biased opinion. Opposition to bathroom sex is thinly disguised homophobia, nothing less.

Is peeing in a stall "public urination?" Is pulling out your dick in a stall "indecent exposure?" Answer: NO, because nosy people outside the stall have no public right to know what is going on behind closed doors.

The aforementioned 10 year old or his "shocked" parent should avoid trying to peek under the stall door.

The only question to be answered is "Can we expect the right of privacy behind a closed bathroom stall door?" And the answer must be YES or NO.

Forbidding sex in public places is part of orderly society and codification of a moral standard NOT homophobia or prudish behavior.

You obviously don't have kids.

I think it's because bathrooms are a place for gays to pick up strangers for anonymous sex. It's not like a married gay couple would head to a Port Authority bathroom to have sex.

I can accept low lives behaving that way because humans distinguish themselves from the rest of the lives as being civilized. To be regarded that way you get to abide by certain behavior codes. Otherwise it is better to find a place in the zoo as home.
Is that not amazing the sounds that the tortoises make? I saw tortoise sex at the Philadelphia Zoo--when I was a Girl Scout leader and we took our troop there for an overnight stay.

Others in your shoes would have argued for closing down the Philadelphia Zoo.

Gays, of course. Most homosexuals can not control their sexual urges. Sex is a much more significant part of the gay lifestyle than normal heterosexuals.

After being warned and warned and warned again by the CDC, Gays continued to have unprotected sex in bathhouses, and anywhere else they could hook up, during the beginning of the AIDs crisis. Perhaps if they were able to control their urges AIDs would never have spread and killed so many. Of course, if you mention this truth you will be called a hater too.

This country need to not be so afraid of sex. Its a natural thing.
Taking a sh)t in a public bathroom is a natural thing. Even more natural given the location. Doesn't mean we should get rid of stalls.

Maybe you think sex, being natural and all, should be allowed on the bus, subway, sidewalk, at the table next to you in a restaurant? Maybe a couple teachers want to hook up on the 4th grade classroom desk while the kids are doing long division. It's natural after all.

I am all for sex being regarded as natural, but there is a time and a place. The confines of a public restroom do not qualify.

How many of us have had sex in the rest rooms of bars/clubs/restaurants/move theaters/subway seats/park benches/park grass/museums, etc it not about being gay its about what happens when two people need to have some action on the spot.
