I guess this would be one way to solve the NYC housing shortage.

A New York architecture firm is proposing a design for the world’s tallest building Analemma Tower, which would hang down from the sky suspended by air cables attached to an asteroid.

more like empty out the Bronx and put it in that building.
OMG, I can already imagine tenants complaining about the Astroid.
