I wish I knew! I think "poor doors" were sufficiently pilloried by everyone the last time that was attempted on the UWS for them to try that in this building.

I don't know about the mobility apts. Such an opaque process!

Anybody hear from them or get an interview yet? I walked by last night and the ground floor units still have window coverings up and the two 2BR “affordable units” on the 2nd floor are being used as offices and storage for the construction crew.

Nope, still waiting for any kind of response. This waiting is exhausting. I even tried calling but they don’t have option for operator or front desk, it’s just a bunch of options and they always forward to voicemail. I guess they know that building is not going to be ready for some time and they just taking their time.

The building is at or near completion. The signage in the windows reads "immediate occupancy" and the sales gallery is now on site and no longer on 14th St. Move-ins should be happening soon, at least for the market rate units.

I talked to someone who said they knew someone who was interviewed for one of the apts. I got an email saying I was waitlisted.

That's great. Did they specify which unit you were waitlisted for?
