Most people I know that keep getting priced out having to move further out are hard working professionals, smart one(OP). Go back to Houston and stay out the NY forums, you add no value here troll.
No matter what? Others have to go if they can't pay the rent but those who are born & raised in NY have the right to stay regardless. No matter what.
Okay...
Exactly. No one is going to care whether or not you were born in NYC. Half the people here are immigrants, and many of the people in poor neighborhoods are probably just first generation Americans. It's not your God given right to live in a neighborhood just because you were born there.
I was born and raised here. Nobody can, and will not tell me where to live
Interesting. Are you suggesting educated people do not smoke pot and are not lazy? Lol! You are truly funny. There are a lot of hard working people who do not take drugs. They just do not have the money to compete. Let us stick to the facts. This is solely about money.
The gangbangers you are referring to probably live in housing. There are not going anywhere. It is the people who work that are being priced out.
I was born and raised here. Nobody can, and will not tell me where to live
If you can't pay the landlord can tell you that you can't live in his/her place. And that you were born and raised here no landlord or seller of real estate cares about. Either you have the money or you don't.
Mannyberios is definitely a past poster here who's name escapes me right now. Help anyone?
