I'm looking to book a business brunch/lunch for 20-25 people at under $120/head in Lower Manhattan -- special preference for being 10-15 mins within the general Wall Street area. Any suggestions? Preference for non-chain restaurants.

I suggest booking at a hotel with private dining rooms. Trendy restaurants are usually too busy at lunch time weekdays to bother with seating a large group. "2 West" at the Ritz Carlton or "David Burke Kitchen" at the James Hotel have very good reviews.

Check out Battery Gardens. Beautiful location and the food is good. Not sure if it's in your price range but it's worth a look.
