Hi every development is different, but from my experience with several different lotteries no they dont. This is considered your asset amount etc. Your income is calculated from paystubs or 1099 if you're self employed.

They take 0.06% of all your assets and add it to your income, OR, they add the income your assets have earned (like bank account interest), whichever is higher.

There is also an asset limit, which is equal to the total income limit for a household of four.

They will, yes, if it's a periodic payment.

Hey melle7790,

Do you know if they count potential bonus/commission earnings as well? In my case, bonus/commission makes a potential part of my salary, but I am not guaranteed to receive any bonus at all. My previous pay stubs do not have any bonus/commission payout on them.

Every developer is different, but from my experience if your bonus reoccurs they will count it. If it one time, they may not count it towards your annual income.
