For those who are waiting on the Park House, there is another building being built called Tremont Renaissance, it's actually better. That one should be built by January 2018, for community board 6 in the Bronx. This building will be for 48 percent AMI and 60 percent AMI and higher along with indoor and outside play grounds , dance studio , outdoor balcony for the residents of the building, commercial stores at the bottom ground floor. It still hasn't gone up on the housing connect website yet, but it will be soon. So if park house take too long, well there are other opportunities to apply for. It also includes dishwashers as well/ parking. The building is located at 4215 Webster Avenue at the corner of Tremont and Webster.

I pass this building every weekend. Its very nice. For Park House ... anyone called yet without CB preference. Log is kinda high for not having preference 39XX but u never know right.
I went to an apartment viewing and it is extremely small! The one bedroom is basically a studio. The bathroom looks like a Chipotle restroom. I'm kind of disappointed. Don't know if I want to take it anymore.
