who ever is on the lease can only sublet if the apartment is still their primary residence and they asked the landlord for permission in writing , or the landlord can have them evicted along with anyone else .

if the lease holder did not comply with all the steps you all can be out .

Excellent post! I know this is true because it happened to me.

I do not understand the self entitled mentality of renters.
