14,175 city employee preference !!! Let's hope! Questions how your credit has to be !? Do you get disqualify if you have collections
Don't quote me but I just had my interview for w 38 and she mentioned how they don't care much about Oh credit score but instead they look at the content, such as collections, late payments, delinquent accounts, and if your monthly credit payment are mor than 20% of your income I believe...
12,XXX... i'm losing hope with these lotteries.. I'm better off saving the average monthly rent payments and buy something..
I've been saving up to buy an apartment as well but in the mean time I still apply to these lotteries. IDK how ready I am to pay for maintenance fees + mortgage + groceries + everything else. LOL
Maybe look into HDFC coops, which are significantly cheaper than market rate coops BUT it's only a good option if you don't plan on "flipping" it for more money.

This worries me . 45 percent of my pay goes to rent, and about 40% to debt. The other 15 percent goes to food and care for my dog. I've never been late on a bill or a payment at all, my credit report is clean as a whilstle except for substantial debt, but that's the reason for needing a cheaper apartment so badly. Is their lenience with various developers?
Phase II numbers are out - I'm 32,8xx, as I am only eligible for one apartment I have no chance...
