Sure you can do that, but it won't be the same. But hey...their cookbook exists for folks like you.
No cookbook needed. Fresh organic ingredients wins every time. Am here to tell you their fries are a waste, burgers too greasy. Only saving grace are the sausages and shakes.

You are not a New Yorker if you don't like Shake Shack.
Born and raised. Have never lived a day outside of NYC. Which I think makes me a New Yorker....
I hate Shake Shack. When I lived on the UES, I would avoid walking down 86th Street on my way home from work because of the smell of grease emanating from there. And I love burgers and greasy food. Theirs is just not good, in my opinion.
Wow. What a waste of a thread. I'm a native New Yorker, and I'm 6'3, 165 lbs. As my triathlete buddy says "I eat what I want, just not in the amounts that I want."
I spend a lot of time shopping for good food, and a lot more time preparing it. I never go out to lunch. I take a walk during lunch, I run every day, and I work out at a gym. There are fat people in Colorado too, believe it or not, and lots and lots of junk food. It's up to you.
