Ain't nothing like some good ***** fried fish. Whenever I try a new spot I'll always return as long as it's good and if I just so happens to be in the area. Sometimes it can be a real pain traveling mad far just for some fish. So where can I get some good fried fish, borough by borough?
So far from experience I got this line up:
-Pitkin Fish and Chips in Brownsville, Brooklyn
-Archer ave Fish and Chips in Parkchester, Bronx
-Broadway Fish Market in Astoria, Queens
-Fish market on Kosciosko and Broadway in Brooklyn
Those spots have some good phukin fish. Anyone have more recommendations? What's poppin in Harlem and the heights?
Famous Fish Market in Harlem
145th Street and St. Nicholas avenue, right next to the A, B, C, and D train stop on 145th
Fried whitings, clams, shrimp, chips and homemade iced tea and lemonade (which is always too sweet!)
I tried Bed-Stuy fish and chips on Hoyt and Schermerhorn today. It's definitely worth the trip. They have multiple locations in Brooklyn from what they told me.
