Hi, the apartment was nice just a bit to small for me. It was on the second floor which also has the laundry room and party room on that floor which would be alot traffic going on. I did decline the apartment but I also live in crossroads 3 and I think my apartment here is very nice. I was told the apartments from the 9th floor and up have a different layout. Overall the apartment is nice, its brand new so that is always a plus. It just wasn't what I wanted and now it opens up a door for someone else to be called in. Im sure they will be calling soon. From what I see there are plenty vacant apartments. Just a slow process.
Just got notice in the mail to come in to hand documents. First time being called or mailed about this place. log 16xx with municipal employee preference.
Im skeptical because wavecrest is trash....I've dealt with them before and each time its been the same run around and felt targeted for speaking up.
So at this point doesn't hurt me to go but I'm going to see whats up. Hope everyone that has got in enjoys the place im in the 100% of AMI AND 110-130 range as well with me and my partner.
I moved in last week. Does any one know if they are going to fire he building for optimum? I know that it's wired for fios as of know, be I think it's more expensive.
Just an FYI Wavecrest is only doing the interviews and lease signing, you deal with Clinton Management after you sign the lease.

How do you like it so far. Also I’m not sure about the cable I guess you can ask the management office. I have Fios but I believe you can check just go on the optimum website
So at my interview they gave me my 5 day notice letter to supply more documents. I've since sent them in via fax and email so they cant say they never got them. They are insisting on letter of separations from past employer and the company flatly told me that not something they give out and that they have to do job verification essentially a background check so I am at a loss and no one is responding to my calls or emails typical of my interactions with Wavecrest.
Hi all that have moved in have you been receiving mail from usps post office. I know ups and fedex come to deliver but I’ve been waiting on mail to transfer since October 21.
I was told that we won't be getting USPS mail until the building is 75% full
