What? They walked over the land bridge 30,000 years ago....you comparing that to 1492?
They didn't just walk over that bridge 30,000 years ago. They continued to do so many times afterwards. Very inefficient when it came to trade, and obviously security.
But all of a sudden it is okay to compare 1492 to 2017?

where did I compare 1492 to 2017?
Plus it has been documented that those early settlers were nomads, thats why they were moving across the bridge. Columbus aint no nomad. Like I said, you're happy with what people tell you, and you're content with not seeking out the truth. I ain't mad at you.

Them nomads shouldn't have been so happy go lucky. Its a cruel and competitive world.
He didnt discover America, so what exactly did he do to get a day named after him?
He discovered America for the founding by European colonialists, which is the birth of modern day United States, Canada, etc... Yes, the Vikings landed before him, and yes Natives were already here, but what we celebrate is the founding of our current civilization which is thanks to Columbus
They were happy go lucky, before smallpox and reservations
Although I'm sure they had plenty of battles. Its just that this white man thing overwhelmed them. They weren't advanced enough to protect themselves. I hope we have better luck against the robots.

Thank you Columbus for spearheading the transatlantic slave trade, which is the foundation of our current civilization. I'll raise a beer to that.

Just cut their power supply, robots cant exist on their own without a source of power.
Ever heard the expression, "I made you, I'll break you?"

Slavery and the slave trade is not the foundation, but it is a big part of the rapid growth which was definitely built on the backs of oppressed Africans. It's unfortunate, but it's the reality. The important point is that we don't tolerate that anymore. But to disparage Columbus is just more of the same self-hate and denial that without the Colonization there is no USA, there is no global watchdog, there is no prosperity the likes of which the world has never seen in history on such a large scale.

The robots will enslave us and use our bodies for battery power.
