Good Morning, it’s good to hear that the security guard is placed already. Yeah they said mid April. I even ask her if she was sure she laughed and said yes!! Plus I’m signing the lease tomorrow I’ll let you guys know how it goes.

Hey CUCA, but I had not read the board. I spoke with a very nice lady and asked about the building. She told me Ms. Pietro will be calling or emailing information in regards to the next steps. I'm speculating after having read your post, is that they can not contact me until they have the TCO. I'm on a housing subsidy and that TCO is needed to start the paperwork.

But I'm thanking everyone who posts here about everything. As with me, you all have truly kept me from going crazy, by reading replies sometimes over and over again. LOL
