No one gets catered to anymore in these lotteries unless you are 60% AMI and under and then the 120-130 % AMI and developers are only including to this to keep it from being a horrible ghetto building full of nothing but 60 %'ers and under. Those buildings wind up turning into Projects 2.0. (see the 3160 thread and any other thread about buildings that only qualify people who make 60% and below. So these fly by night developers who got mega tax breaks throw in some above income folks to make up for it. So messed up.
Sheesh, dude, I thought I would get used to these rants, but this is sort of uncalled for. Please stop lumping people who make a certain amount of money into one category. As if a person will "magically" stop acting a certain way once they hit a certain amount of money.

There are "plenty" of people with money who can act "ghetto" as well.

I can't count how many times I've seen a "Becky" going topless in the middle of Manhattan, throwing up everywhere, being loud and obnoxious, among other sh*t. But that's "normal..."

God forbid if "Daquan" or "Sharkeisha" wants to light up at home after a hard days work. But I'm sure it's okay for "Hunter" to throw a wild party until 6 AM with his frat bros tearing sh*t up.

Give me a break, please.

Having more money doesn't make you any more or less civilized than the next person. Look at that orange that's sitting in the White House right now.
