White people experience a lot of prejudice too, and often it is from other white people. Try to tell a fresh off of the boat Argentinian who doesn't speak English that they benefit from "white privilege" in uber-Irish Woodlawn. See what the response is when you tell that to an Arab who moves to a God-fearing, terrorist-hating small town in Arkansas. Or, try putting Borat from Uzbekistan in the Italian South Shore of Staten Island. You get the point. In 2008, being white really doesn't make you immune to hate.
I think you're missing the point that "people of color" don't have a monopoly on being able to understand racism or prejudice. White people experience racism and prejudice too. In my opinion, being a "minority" doesn't even make you more likely to be discriminated against in this day in age.

Can you explain why a Black executive at a Fortune 500 Company, making $2 million-a-year, gets on the elevator during lunch time and White ladies clutch their purses? As if he were a common thief, mugger, rapist? Can you explain that?

Okay, let's put it this way, would you like to trade places with a p.o.c? As Chris Rock once noted: "No White person would want to be me, even though I'm a millionaire."

Where did you get that example from? Did you make that up?
