But yes,, they skipped me, but as you had said "if it is top choice " then I would bother, but nah my top choice i already went to interview and I will bother them via email as long as I am still in the process even if they think I am annoying them, because I dont want them to play any games... Like High hawk skipping people... its against guidelines....
