Me, too. Sim City 4 was my favorite, but unfortunately runs better on my potato than it does on my gaming machine. That game in the pic is Cities XL. Beautiful game, horribly coded. I just can't win. If the developers get Cities XL optimized right, it would be PERFECT.
So yeah, all for building high, and beautiful in the Bronx. We need a new landscape.

Aww yeah, Simcity 4 was great for me until it started crashing like crazy. I'll try this one out.

NYC has an affordable housing problem because people want to move here without having the necessary income to do so. I feel for the longtime NYers who do get priced out, but there is no solution to the "affordable housing crisis" other than the city reverting back to being a crime-ridden, burned out shell.
I'm going to be called heartless, but so be it: People need to learn to accept that they need to live where they can afford. We can't have SSI recipients from Kansas moving here in mass because they "Want to live in NY" and local politicians feel that's their "right". Focus on protecting native NYers from displacement.

Native New Yorkers aren't entitled to 1990 rents either.

Good make Jerome Ave vibrant. I also believe the trains that run on top now aren’t as noisy as the red birds. If they build pretty tall most people in the buildings won’t deal with the quality of life issues.
