I think the elevated train (#4) is an abomination. It hasn't been available for uptown transport after 9:45 am for months due to track work. The skipped stations are from (149th St to Burnside Avenue). Don't do track work. Save money.Tear it down from 161st St to Woodlawn. Install a new, sleek, fast, monorail. It will eliminate that ancient, dark and dingy, and noisy elevated train atmosphere. Let the sun shine in! |

So stop doing necessary work and tear down a structure and build a monorail which won't be able to connect with the current subway which will disrupt the lives of thousands of people just to appease your eyes? Gotcha.  |
