Yes, though they're often heavily Chinese now, IIRC.

I don't think there are many, if any, heavily Italian neighborhoods left with subway service

Okay, not "heavily"...you're right about that -- I just still see actual Italian businesses around such as meat stores and bakeries staffed by actual Italian-Americans so it still feels fairly "Italian" for all the Chinese about!
