I applied for the stone house lottery in Brooklyn. There are 64 apartments available and I received a log of 109. I have no community preference. I really need to win of of these apartments badly

Don't lose hope. You have a low log number which is good, but they need to contact all community board and disabled people first.

Hello Queensboo, I applied for this building as well with a log # 102 and recently had an interview in late April 2018. Have you heard anything so far ?
