From what I recall, they've been talking about this for years. Now, it looks like the ball is starting to roll on this project. I'm looking forward to this. https://archpaper.com/2018/01/brookl...lery-0-slide-0

Ugh, please no. If New York state sends back to back slime balls to the oval office, we might find ourselves kicked out of the states.

Interesting. Also what happened to the park the city was going to build on top of the old tracks between Woodhaven, Richmond Hill and Ozone Park ?

You got it reversed. Trump is exactly the outsider, non politician we need here in NY to fix the city/state’s broken, corrupt crony political system. Too bad he didn’t run for governor instead. Albany could’ve used him. Cuomo on the other hand, is more of the same old slimeball politician we have too many of.

A thoroughbred and a dark horse are both still horses. They don't have to be the same kind of slimeball to still be slimeballs.

At least a public park is pretty nice. I hope they have a more significant part of it as somewhat natural wetland habitat, but the plan itself seems pretty alright (page 269): https://www.governor.ny.gov/sites/go...estatebook.pdf

One thing to keep in mind is that this was under way well before Cuomo's election, so the most credit he gets is keeping the ball rolling after it was already in motion: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/07/sc...7landfill.html

So you and Charles Manson are the same slimeballs because you both are still human?

That logic works out if you’re saying slimeballs and humans are equivalent categories. I didn’t say that though, so you’re going to have stand by that on your own.
